This painting was born from a moment of pure joy. With every brushstroke, I poured energy into the canvas, using movement—dancing, singing, and jumping—to escape, even if just for a while, the constant fatigue and pain of fibromyalgia. It captures a fleeting sense of freedom, where the constraints of my body momentarily disappeared, replaced by an overwhelming surge of happiness.
 
The vibrant colours and energetic gestures reflect not only the elation of being fully present in a joyful, pain-free moment but also the transformative power of energy—spiritually lifting and healing.
